Construction on the Forest Hills Project is complete.        
 
 The pedestrian traffic on S. Main will enjoy new sidewalks as will the frequent visitors to the Town Center Park and Citizens throughout the Brown Street neighborhoods. Letting for this project is scheduled for June 2013. 

The Civic Center is available for receptions, reunions, programs, and parties,  Please check out the facility and all it has to offer.  The Depot will also be available for parties and receptions.

Dixie Youth Baseball Field improvements are underway, fence repair and sprinkler system are completed.  Also, a the girls softball field has a new scoreboard donated by the Newberry County School District  and bleachers thanks to a PARD Grant.  Planning is underway for Downtown Sidewalk replacement and streetscaping.
